NEW BUILD – Preliminary Ber Testing

Conforming to the new Part L Building regulations can be a confusing task for many professionals, contractors and home-owners. As such, Energy Survey can do much of this work for you. Simply send us your building plans and proposed specifications, we can then produce provisional BER ratings based on the preliminary information provided. We will then make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve the energy efficiency of the dwelling based on your requirements or budget constraints.
