At Energy Survey we produce BER Certificates throughout Dublin and Ireland in a fast, friendly and professional manner. For the building owner the process generally involves an onsite survey of the particular dwelling or business, which can take up to an hour for a typical domestic house, or a whole day for a commercial building (depending on the size and complexity of the building). We are licensed users of GISBEM (Graphical tool for non-domestic BER certification production) – this software increases turnaround time for Non-domestic BER certs. We also produce Display Energy Certificates (DEC) for larger public buildings.
Our team is based in Dublin, however, we cover the whole country. Our completed BER certificates are to very high standards as required by the SEAI QA team.
